Ends Monday, January 25, 2010

Jean-Auguste-Dominique Ingres, one of the most respected artists during the 19th century, often defended the importance of preserving the practices of old masters like Raphael. The museum provides an opportunity for locals to study the fashion and manners of the past. If that doesn't sound interesting, the Norton Simon has a permanent collection of Van Gogh's and Degas Ballerinas.

"The Color Explosion: Nineteenth Century American Lithography from the Jay T. Last Collection"

Now - Feb. 22
