Check out Zee' Underpants!

What do Germans and lingerie have in common? The answer is Whittier College Theater's Production of The Underpants, directed by Assistant Professor of Theater and Communication Arts Gil Gonzalez. The play, originally written by German playwright Carl Sternheim and later adapted by Steve Martin, is a clever story that features an intriguing study of instant fame, politics and fidelity.

Suited with a green tie behind a podium graced by an obligatory Kiss Me, I'm Irish sign and before a crowd that could put a Lindsay Lohan concert to shame-40 people-senior Eric Rivera delivered an exquisite and thorough lecture on Sunday, April 27 in the Memorial Chapel about the history and evolution of music of the land of whiskey and leprechauns, which was largely inspired by his study abroad.

Steak Fridays: a review of steakhouses

We have to preface this for all you herb-eating vegetarians/vegans/whatevers: this review is graphic in nature. A while back, the three of us started an outing called Steak Fridays, where we try different steaks at different restaurants to celebrate the end of the week and the carnivore in us.

Iluminaciones

After crying out in pain, senior Sam Bremen goes flying through the air and lands with a thud. Bremen has just taken a very large crap, and the force was just too much for him. Bremen is performing a scene from Iluminaciones, a play that was written and performed by seniors Sam Bremen, Ashley Dunstan, Martalee Garcia, junior Daniel Strauss and sophomore Brownie Sibrian, who are students in Professor Gustavo Geirola's Latin American Performance Experience class.
